Well it was the car in front creating the problem, deliberately holding up traffic without moving over, it appears that he even slowed down to make the situation even more dangerous - evidenced by the car in lane two suddenly catching up on the inside

@@norfener I don't see how you could remotely justify your comment, the VW was clearly overtaking traffic in lane two when the cammer got way too close and the VW couldn't go any faster as the van was Infront then when the van moved over the VW was overtaking the van, the cammer then again started tailgating the VW is under no obligation to brake the speed limit to overtake and the van could have increased their speed to cause a slower overtake but regardless the VW was in the process of overtaking and the cammer shouldn't be trying to bully people, the brake check by the VW can not be excused but people like the cammer are the one whose cause these types of reactions.

Last clip wasn't break checking, they were overtaking slower traffic with another vehicle in front. Some impatient numpty starts tailgating while there are still motorcycles to the left.
