How To Cook Salmon With Lemon Butter & Capers Sauce (4k)

Learn how to cook salmon in a restaurant quality way that you can cook on your own kitchen and eat at home! In this recipe you will learn not only to cook the salmon but to make your own delicious sauce from scratch that compliments the fish very well and how I plated the dish in an elegant way. The full ingredients of the dish is down below:
Ingredients:
150g Salmon fillet
3 medium-sized Potatoes (Boiled)
100g Asparagus
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
2 Sage leaves
2 tbsp. Fresh Basil *minced
1 tbsp. Fresh Parsley *minced
150g Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp. Capers
1 tbsp. Gorgonzola Cheese or Blue Cheese
1 whole Large Lemon (Juice)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
