I don’t know who has the most pull in tv series, the writers? Directors? Producers?, they underestimate their audience, us. Another show I grew to love is an Aussie, production named, Mcclead Daughters. I won’t give away my heart breaking moment. Then season after season more characters that were crucial disappeared. The show had all the ingredients to be a lasting classic to empower women. I wrote in a comment that nobody consulted the audience and I was called a snowflake by one troll and get a life by another troll. I’m 70. I have had a warrior life surviving abuse in my teens. No immediate family member caring. Rising up by moving from IL to HI to find a culture of beautiful people show me unconditional love. After failed marriages I raised my children by myself. got a college degree and witnessed my children shine in their growth to adulthood. Thank you for your comment.
We absolutely do. Usually the exec producers and then the network have the most power. Everyone else just had to accept decisions. (Reason I am indie) They care more about making money. From the pieces falling into place, Don Bellisario had issues with Harmon and quit just after Sasha did. As someone who is a writer, creator, exec producer, I care about my audience and I want to make things for them that’s new/revolutionary. I try to steer clear of brutal exits as it hurts a lot. I did recently write one but that was always planned for awareness. I’m so glad you’re getting to live such a beautiful life with happiness. You truly deserve it as experiencing trauma is…I’m living it and it’s unbearable. To get out the other side is amazing 🥰

I thoroughly, thoroughly ENJOYED this interview. I LOVE Sasha Alexander (my friend and I fondly call her our Sasha girl 😊) and was so happy to see her in a new interview. You guys did an amazing job with the questions and the flow of it all. And she actually addressed the Rizzles issue. She always gives such good, focused interviews and this one was no different.. That’s too bad. This makes me LOVE Sasha all the more. And it was a good hour long interview too with chock full of good information on her time on NCIS and of course Rizzoli and Isles. Hearing her say Angie’s name just got me all warm and fuzzy inside, especially with all those lingering rumors that they don’t like each other anymore, etc. Hopefully those aren’t true.
Yeah it’s a shame. It happens though. Like I’m the same. I love Sasha more than I did before and I didn’t think that was possible. I was going to ask about the rumours but held back as I don’t want to be that type of person and intrude 🙈
@@VisionetteMedia I actually blushed when you mentioned Rizzles!! I ship them so much and I'm straight haha! It's just their chemistry is so AMAZING that you root for them. I think it's good you didn't ask about those rumors cuz it shows you have respect for her. Before R&I, I had no clue who Sasha Alexander was and I only started watching it last year. I already knew Angie from Law and Order. Cut to now and I'm obsessed with this wonderful, awesome creature known as Sasha Alexander. 🥰🥰 I ❤️ her!! I hope those projects she's working on pan out successfully and we get to see her constantly on our TV screens really soon.
I love Rizzles so much. It could happen in the books as there’s more out hahah. I watched the show on/off as a kid. They didn’t show it for years here so I got the box set. NCIS was a stumble upon essentially. I really hope she does succeed with her projects. It’s incredibly hard to get them off the ground. She’s reading my TV show pilot so I guess there’s always hope ☺️✌🏼
I cried too when they shot Sasha’s character. I loved her in Rizzoli and Isles.
