To all the people freaking out and saying this is the best piano player/cover/talented person in the world, you're close, but really, once you know how to play a piano and understand how arpeggios and scales work together (but separately), you can create the most intricate, beautiful, masterful pieces of art to ever grace the ears of an individual. Which, to avoid taking away from this person's skill, is exactly what this person has done, and I applaud them. Great video.
