Dear friend
I'm 44 now, I'm not a teacher but I use to teach my friends during class X and also a tutor during xii and make lots of students success with distinction marks then, I start my IT career as computer instructor cum center head students considered me as the best instructor in town.
So, as per my experienced. Im sharing my thought
1) Explained them in easy and simple way.
2) Always give importance to every student. I mean let every students know that you treat them equal.
3) Always be friendly and kind but be strict (no excuses) for certain rules like homework, classwork or gossip you know
4) Keep relation with students like they are your children, you care for them, they are a piece of you. I'm damn sure they will respect from the bottom of heart.
I hope this point will help you to become the best teacher in your entire teaching career.

Excellent speech! But Audio quality is very poor in last 4 videos. Sir, it is very difficult to understand during projection or casting with TV. Figure out wheather it is mic or something else. Previous audio videos quality is awesome.
