    Reese an excellent video one of your best this is my favorite farming channel by far when Dennis said if you’re not an optimistic farmer you need to be doing something else that needs to be put on a placque and hung in every farmer’s office

    I really liked Dennis offering all farmers who use the Case planter the tips and tricks. I just planted my corn field with JD 290 two row planter with a Massy 65 tractor. Sunflowers are next.

    OUCH......... I think you jinxed yourself earlier in the morning when you said everything was going good this spring Dennis. What amazed me was you kept your cool and didn't get bent out of shape, just goes to show how good of a person you are and great character. Glad you were able to get it repaired and no other damage occurred, if it were me though, come after planting season, I'd have Case change out the tube and maybe the locking mechanism.

    What a pleasure-to watch men work together as a team, solving problems, getting the repair done and all the while being considerate to one another. Great video. You are done planting by now. Many farmers in the Red River Valley have not even turned a wheel.

    Great job Ivers for getting all seed in the ground so early. Hope for a good summer for the crops. Dennis is great at explaining issues and fixes. I was a little afraid when Boss man got the Hemi going fast one handed in the field lol. Ty all for another great planting season.

    I would've been inventing new four letter words when that planter broke in half. So nice to see the great attitude of Mr. Ivers, no matter what the world throws at him.

    Good deal making that kind of planting progress. Can't believe how dry things have been in your area. Hopefully things will dry up and warm up in our part of Ohio. Breakdowns seem to happen with both new or old equipment!!!

    No it’s in its 3 year planted close to 18000 acres, we could have waited for case to help but just dug our heals in and fixed it

    Great work on bean planter, but keep your eye on that beam weld. Butt welds are structural not strong, so stress fractures can occur. Again Great videos

    @iversfarms Dennis needs to put those remotes in motor mode. Float the remote then select motor mode in the hydraulic remote screen. The planter hydraulics will run cooler

      Yeah we were told the same thing. motor mode at 100% flow. The valve on the planter will regulate flow based on needs. Otherwise the tractor and the planter are both restricting flow which I would guess makes more heat

    That’s why on the green side, I tell everyone to get a 90/120 DB frame. They are a lot heavier built. We put the wings on ours for custom 20” soybean planting, and each unit will plant 2k acres per day if we run all day and most of the night. We used half the hours we leased on the RX’s this week alone. About 1/8 of our custom customers have jumped in on the no tilling soybeans in to living rye. That slows me down some.
