Another great video. Always exited when I see you have posted a new video. Already watched this one twice, looking for tips on how to improve my own carvings. You never disappoint. Any luck with your mushroom video you had told me about? I did an on-site mushroom carving this past week. It was quite large, well large for a mushroom. I will measure it this week when I return to do the second one (even bigger), but I would have to say the cap is probably two feet across and it stands about four feet tall. I was quite pleased with how it turned out, and so was the home owner. Anyhow, take care and thank you as always for sharing what you do!
Always good to hear from you Jeremy. And thank you very much. Every time I think we're done with the mushroom video, we decide it needs to be tweaked a little more. It's our longest video to date, so there's quite a bit to it. It's just about an hour long, and is truly geared toward "how to" I think it will be worth the wait. Beyond that, kaysie is in charge of scheduling the release dates, and there's a bit of strategy to that. So I guess the short answer is I'm not totally sure. Glad to hear your getting some on-site work!
@@CreationDust777 I have no doubt it will be worth the wait. Sure there is a lot that goes into the making of these videos, far beyond the carving. Today I tackled another onsite mushroom, second for the same customer. It was a completely different style and I am not ashamed to say, it was a tuff one. It was a little over seven hours. In fact, I went through almost two gallons of mixed gas, didn't even think that was possible in such a short period of time, but I did haha. Stump was about six feet tall and three feet across, and I probably could have been a bit more aggressive with the block out, but didn't want to cut in too far too fast. Customer was happy, my forearms were shot, so all in all, a good day. Take care, will be watching for all the upcoming videos.
