Honestly since the nerfs to this gun and the buffs to the LeMat family, the lemat carbine has become better in almost every way. You lose a little velocity but you gain FMJ (which helps falloff with compact ammo), better recoil, more ammo, and a lethal shotgun (esp with slugs). It's way more versatile. I still play the officer occasionally but its a shadow of its former self. 8:29 is such a good example of why is kinda sucks now.
I do not have the skill or eyesight to pull this off but damn you make it look so easy! I'm more of a Mara FMJ or Win Swift HV when it comes to compact. I have a secret love with the Lemat Carbine as well but not as much time in it as the other two.

I know HV is Good, A direct Upgrade one may say, and I know I just need to practice it more. But God Dayum if I dont love DumDum's pressure, even at long range just to tag people for a little bleed. The no Pen. really drags on you, but its so so good at pushing advantages
Carbine is 100% a good day/bad day gun since if u usually try to go fir headshots u either hit or miss everything depending how your aim performance on that specific day
I would put them in the a-tier, they are both strong but I dont think either can really compete against the other meta weapons (like mosin, nitro, dolchp etc) marathon could if it gets high velocity I think and winfield is very versatile but I wouldn't put it into s-tier more like A to A+ due to it really needing traits and levering relying on RNG than actual aim which can occasionally lose you a fight eventho you aimed correctly
@@Whityyy It's rather a loadout specific thing (i.e. FMJ), but you do get a rifle that can spam, pen and has a better cycle time than Winfield. Even if you don't go for the head the 2taps are very consistent. Maybe not a 6star S tier I will give you that, but a strong contender all round and it's effectiveness compared to it's skill ceilling (which is low af) makes it a great pick for 5* and below.

I have 2 questions. How much hunt dollars does the weapon cost and can i use this weapon as secondary weapon without Quatermaster?

2 around 200 hunt dollars for rifle then another 50 I think for hv
