Cebu was the True Winner. She has the regal quality of that girl who 1st runner up to Rabiya Mateo, i think Isabella. She also had the Asian look of Maxine Medina. Cebu was once again robbed. Unfortunately for Cebu she came onstage before 2 black girls who were given very high scores, because none of the judges feel comfortable giving low scores to a dark skinned girl. If IloIlo didnt appear onstage before Bulacan, both girls will be on the Top 5. But Bulacan slayed Iloilo.
Ahtisa looks like latina and indian in some angles..i feel sad that aftr winning a major award internationally, she only got Miss Cosmo Phil...mrmi kasing maganda this batch at tlgang they worked hard to get on the finals...
