Everything you said about Rwanda is 💯% spot on. I visited Rwanda in 2018 and I was there for one month and I stayed in the same district you’re residing in, Kicukuro district. Our people in Liberia have to change their mindset. Liberia is lacking behind in so many ways.
Mindset is everything! More awareness and enforcement would help.
