Elden Ring PS5 - Comet Azur destroys Rykard with 1 cast on NG+7

EDIT: Patch 1.07 BUFFED Howl of Shabriri, increasing its duration from 20 seconds to 40 seconds. Its now possible to add a poison buff and do even more damage.
With this build I'm using the Prince of Death's Staff with 99 int/fth. I also have 70 dex for max cast speed. I went with 60 vig/mind because its the softcap for both of those stats, and I have 20 str for the Jellyfish Shield. This is, without a doubt in my mind, the strongest possible setup in the game.
