    【No knead & easy salt butter buns】
    <Ingredients>4 pieces
    200g all-purpose flour
    6g cane sugar (or sugar of your choice)
    3g salt
    1g yeast
    135g lukewarm water (About 35°C)
    *35°C in winter, 30°C in spring and fall, room temperature in summer.
    10g unsalted butter (or salted butter)
    A pinch of rock salt (or salt of your choice)
    *Omit if using salted butter.
    Baking (with preheating at 240°C)
    Bake at 230°C for about 16 minutes.
    *If you used the heated steam function but do not have it, mist generously just before baking.
    *Please use this as a guide as it varies depending on your oven.
