This is one of the best interviews I’ve seen. Very real. I have to say that, as an American, I prefer actors from other countries. The love scene in this movie is beautiful. Arousing, yes, but it also leaves one overwhelmed with emotion that stays with you. You can’t just watch this movie and forget it. I watched it twice, back to back.
SAG you need to nominate her acting in Ammonite, it was marvelous my God. Good example of being an actor.
Fantastic conversation - and it did feel like a conversation rather than an interview. Brilliant from both sides - I actually prefer these style interview now rather than the 5 minute hyped conversation on chat shows which reveals nothing at all apart from that they have a film out.

This was an AMAZING interview, more like conversation!!! Thank you so much!! One of the best and am so very Happy that no one was holding back at expressing how they really felt about Certain scenes in the film I’m glad the host was as honest as she was in explaining her arousal and attraction towards the lovemaking scenes and I love the part where Kate doesn’t hold back and really is explaining her sex scenes without holding back as well. At the end of the day we are all adults and expressing ourselves especially for women is one of the best most liberating things we can do for ourselves!! This was easily one of my favorite interviews and literally Ammonite has become one of my all-time favorite films ever!!!! I love the history honestly I never heard of Mary Anning and am also ashamed of saying that myself especially that I love nature history, fossils, crystals, rocks etc and I can’t believe I have not heard of Mary Anning all because of male dominance and patriarchal era that time!! So I’m really glad that Kate Winslet took this route especially her because she’s just literally the best of the best top-notch delicious beautiful intelligent full of grace and naughtiness all at the same time yet with class actress!! I don’t know how to explain it but she’s just deliciously amazing and those love scenes could not have been better made if she was not in it also that goes with Saoirse Ronan!! Literally one of my all-time favorite movies ever already 10 out of 10!! I am now officially a Mary Anning fan and will delve more into her history gladly and pridefully!! Thank you the awesome director Francis Lee for creating such a timeless masterpiece!!❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌
