The cards are removed by the marshalling facilities/auctions that receive the cars, same with the license plates. They are under contract and paid to do so. The only time plates are removed when the car is decommissioned is when it's FBI/other federal police with suppressed plates.
Also, GSA *will* take issue with the wex gas cards being left in vehicles that customers have access to, and they will contact the GSA liaison at the auction house to correct an issue like that. I'm on that side of it, and they are very picky about that stuff.

Hello. From the comments it looks like this is a reload of an old video. However, I feel the need to comment anyway. I’m a 25 + year former retail loss prevention guy. The state of responsibility in retail environments and perhaps the environment you describe above has gone to hell. I left the business because in the last role I held there would be these dumb arbitrary rules that some “General Manager” would invent on their own. Outside of company guidelines and expectations. After I retired I happened to go to Walmart with my child. He was in the shopping cart. I brought in with me 1 diaper and 1 pack of costco brand wipes from my car. Long story short the cashier accused me of trying to shoplift the baby wipes from there. He physically redirected my shopping cart with my little one in it and got hasty while he did it. I almost struck him to get him from endangering my kid while explaining that there was no way I could have stolen the wipes from Walmart as they were only merchandised at costco. The package was also half empty. I complained to Walmart and nobody ever reached out to me to resolve my complaint. Most things I would still be buying at Walmart I purchase online and get shipped to my home. There’s no oversight of what the front line is doing and when you call things out that are clearly going wrong inside their house nobody cares. I’m afraid this is just the way things unfold now. Hi randy ,sorry for that moment ,hope things could be resolve soon ,over here Puerto Rico aution rules have changed a lot ,now no keys in the cars, cars closed to not to see interiors, cant film a video also ,even you cant open the hood to inspect the motor bay ,its a high risk to buy aution cars over here ,am buying 2nd owner cars and off the autions, cant buy aution cars with those rules ,
Well I remember when he first posted this. My thing to the people who runs the lot. He wouldn’t have filmed and uploaded. If he knew that he was breaking the rules.
The real issue is the GM instead of using your videos and filming to find issue and improve things is doing the opposite. They literally have a set of free surveillance and quality control cams roaming around the lot. I could see if he wanted to review footage before you uploaded so things like the credit card could be scrubbed and addressed. That would make sense, but attacking you and throwing away that opportunity is a total waste on their part.

Auctions can be very nasty when they want to.
Hey man,,,I'm freaking out..
Old video....if you listen...the cars he talks about are from way back...plus yes.. this is the old video.
I rember a video he made almost a year ago when he took a car on the track. There was a sign saying 60.
I agree with you 💯
The general general manager sounds like to me they making up his own rules as he went along and then he got in trouble and then he blamed on you so he would keep his job and you get kicked out of there his better off. He stayed away.
Re run!!!!
to me sounds like a manager that had a bad day to began with and he took it out on the first person he seen that he though was suspicious.
🤬🥺Dealer Auto Auction is so wrong, this pisses me off so much, I would not go to them anymore, but instead probably do more car content in Indianapolis😡🥺
Maybe its a teaser for whats to come. Maybe they've changed their minds and have decided to let him film again.
Wow that's just crazy. They are tightening down on there rules and really don't care who is there or not, they are gonna investigate everyone.
Maybe they had someone else doing some suspicious stuff there and so they saw another guy with a camera and went off.
I bet one of the viewer called them and reported that you didn't have a dealers license and told them lots of lies.
no good deed goes unpunished (sort of)
Didn't this happen long ago?
sounds lik a government operation, full of chaos
