I appreciate the video 📸 Bro; Is this the only video you have on this topic? I usually make one sequence and just put it How I want it to be! But my biggest problem is pass overlapping on to the next; polyny or mono?
What's up Neal? Another good educational video on thee MPC Live 2.. I tell you all the time your an excellent teacher & good friend I just whish I was closer cause I'd be in your lab so much that Renee would say tell Clinton go home LOL 😆
Thanks for watching and asking Nick. You hit the menu button. Then, hit the program edit icon on the screen. Or hold the menu button and the 14th pad. IF you have any issues, let me know.
Man thanks for the video. I tried the global setting on mono and my sample still goes into the next sequence for a whole loop. I only have this problem when I sample. I’ve flattened the pads, normalized the sample, tried non destructive, pad parameters, messed with the tempo, changed the bars, made sure all sequences were on the same program and regardless it carries over into the next sequence for 2 bars. 🤷🏾♂️
Here is the issue. You have to make a choke group for your samples. Placing them in mono stops them from having polyphony. Create a choke group for those samples.

Let me research that. I might be able to help.

This was really helpful, thank you.
Thank you. I so glad I could help.
How do you get to that screen though with the global thing to make the sample cut off when you trigger another one?

Thank you man, I’m gonna apply this. I will let you know how it turns out.
Basically you go to prog edit and on the bottom left where it says poly hit that and set it to mono
