This was cool. I also try mindfulness when journaling. The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels was helpful.

I can definitely relate to the anxiety and wanting to control things. Bullet journaling definitely helps me to visualize everything and have a sense of control, even if it’s a false one😂😅

Ahhh and excuse the double comment but I love that you talked about Jesus! Journaling prayers has been something I’ve been adding to my devotional time and it’s been amazing. I’d love to see more content of you incorporating faith and journaling that would be super cool🥹🫶🏽

I never did bullet journaling. When I tried to get into journaling, I watched a video and the person in the video was saying that bullet journaling can be very misleading as you may get so caught up on "perfecting" the design. I feel like this is very true for me, I feel quite overwhelmed just thinking about bullet journaling. The idea of designing a whole journal when I can barely stay consistent to some core habits I'm trying to have in my life.

that makes sense. it can work for some people and not for others. :)

I color, take medication for anxiety, journaling, and reading through my Torah.

I just started bullet journaling last month, but I find it has been really good (so far) for my ADHD and executive dysfunction. Habit trackers and chore maps have been a game changer for personal care and chore routines where a lot of other things I have tried have failed. I agree strongly with the art therapy aspect as well. It's helped me reconnect with my creative artistic side, but also creates a calming segment within my day where I can reflect and create and not worry about what's making me anxious or stressed out.

    I really loved this video!
Actually last year I started to write to do lists in a dotted notebook, but you inspired me to start a "real" bullet journal this year. The habit trackers and the little drawings make me excited every day, I found they actually help me to manage stress, be grateful and achive my goals.
Honestly I find your channel the best for inspiration.
You also seem really smart and you are one of the prettiest girlies I've ever seen:))
Wish you a beautiful rest of the week Sophie!
p.s. may I ask where is your headband and earrings from?❤
