Is your product now AI-powered? And how is this better for your users?

Thanks for the video and I agree that all product professionals should focus leveraging AI to solve real-world problems; it's the correct way for us to think. However, as you alluded to, this is the next big wave in technology, following IOT, crypto, big data etc. This meaning there is huge marketing and sales opportunities when riding this wave, along with showing that your company is progressive and forward thinking. As such, I caution most PMs to NOT instantly push back on creating "AI solutions" which you believe don't solve end user problems. If someone can give you confidence that it will generate revenue and sales opportunities then you should at least consider it against what else you could be delivering. To often I see PMs ignore revenue and just focus on value.

This is so true, focusing on solving users problems and create solutions is a proxy to generate revenue.
That said many PMs tend to have an allergy to develop their products only for money reasons. From my experience this usually comes from not knowing the full story and missing the point that possibly this is just another way to solve a problem.
In the end PMs need to be critical and analytical to study and find the best opportunities.

Very insightful as always. And it's true that the benefits of AI must be seen in context, but what is also true is that AI as a concept is complex and a lot of people just want to be part of the latest trend so from a marketing perspective I'd milk the hype around AI no doubt.

Thanks for the feedback! Talking about marketing, is there any camping that you believe it's good around AI, other than maybe ChatGPT? And not just saying that product X is AI-powered?
