I went on a RUclips search for a random answer to a grass question. Now my family looks forward to sitting down and enjoying these cinematic works of art.
You just happened to stumble upon the hands down best grass, soil, mowing, renovating and lawnscaping expert on the internet. Ryan and his incredible content will change your life and lawn. Enjoy!
Holy crap this kid is on the move. I had no idea he moved and built such a sick house! Congrats! Been watching you for a while, the evolution is amazing!
@@RyanKnorr Have some work done to it now before it gets beyind repair. You got the flow!!!!! hahahahaha....I tease....but seriously a little money in it now can save it and worth it!!!!
It's a dinner time treat for me and the Mrs to watch your videos and catch up on how your life on the new property is developing. Thank you again for all that you've taught us and shared with us over the years!
You two seem like such a sweet couple.... and wow, what you have accomplished in such a short time... I love the way you do your channel... you dont do the "im a youtuber, so this is how you do it" thing and you dont try too hard to "entertain" your audiance. I like that you document what is going on in your life and I like hearing the way you speak about it.. its so relaxing to watch... you have a beutiful land; reminds me of how I grew up... lots of wild, wide open spaces to live, breath, and enjoy life ...simply.
Another great video. Lots of work put in. You should think about a small storage shed in your camp area - chairs, small grill, etc, so you don’t need to cart it back and forth all the time. Very cool setup all around. Super calming out there I bet. I’d love to sit on the porch and watch a storm roll in with a beer in hand 🍻
Such a beautiful piece of land. I've always looked forward to your videos over the years, Ryan, but really enjoy seeing the nooks and crannies of your place. Nature at its purest.
I found this channel about 3 years ago about growing grass and have been following ever since and I have to say this video and the edit work was awesome. Great work on the new property and house.
Love your videos. You have brought back my love of being a lawn geek and I will be buying alot of your product in 2025. I have taken alot of your info especially for the fall and my lawn looks spectaular for11/8/2024.
I don’t know that I have ever commented your videos. But long time watcher. You guys have grown so much, and you have both done an amazing job here. Well done! This was beautiful. What amazing footage in this video. You both should swell with pride on this beautiful video, and that amazing property. So happy for you guys!
The garden is huge, it looks tiny from a drone, soil amendment is key to a new garden and that takes time, even years, you have a tractor, a large compost pile, with brown leaves and such, and your grass clippings for green, with table scraps, with some water and flip it with the tractor every few days, and each year in the spring you will have black gold to till in that soil. The property is stunning from the drone views, you both should be very proud, the music and editing of this video was like watching a motion picture, outstanding, all the best to ya both, from S.E. Michigan, lately we are the smoke Capital from the Canadian wildfires, 2 weeks ago Detroit had the worst air quality in the WORLD, and we are 30 minutes north from there.
Holy cow, the property looks amazing! It's really cool to see how everything has changed in just one year and I can't wait to see how you keep improving it over the next several years. Congrats to both of you on all you've achieved with the property so far!
What a beautiful property! I’m grateful to tag along on your journey from a far. The way you so neatly tie everything together though your editing is a true talent. I always feel better after watching your film and soaking it in. So well done!
Great job. It's been quite the journey the past year for sure. Thanks for sharing it with us. I've enjoyed watching your progress. Again, great job. Looking forward to seeing your progress at Westberry.
Great update guys! Glad to see you are fully enjoying your first spring and summer at the new property! It was awesome to see the progress being made, looking forward to seeing more!
You two are the best!! I’ve enjoyed the transformation of Westberrie Acres and it simply amazes on how quickly you two took a parcel of land and made it into your home. Thanks so much for sharing and I keep wondering when Connor Ward is finally going to show up to visit your new place! Maybe he will finally give you the credit you deserve!!
I have so many comments but will leave with this for now... NICE JOB GUYS! This video was awesome! Nice editing and filming. Keep the garden videos coming.
Hi guys - I am in Perth, Western Australia. I have been following Ryan’s lawn videos (I also follow Ben’s Lawn Tips Vids🤣) for the last couple of years but I have been sucked in by the journey you guys have been on since moving from your last house. Watching you transform your property over the last year or so has been amazing and it’s so good to see things coming together for you both, not just with the grass, but the fruit garden and other projects as well. I can see you have a vision which is about life balance and I just love watching your progress. Looking forward to more adventures 👍👏
This makes me want to buy 100 acres and see what I could do with it also. I'm just shocked you haven't mowed the entire property yet lol. Great video, Ryan. Glad to see you and Kelsey really making the most of Westberrie.
Kelsey & Ryan, thanks for sharing this update. Really glad to see the storm shelter go in. We seem to send the storms from Nebraska over to Iowa before they get dangerous, so you'll put that to good use. If you want to get some RUclips guidance on a big garden plot, search out "Hollis and Nancys Homestead". They have a huge fenced garden area in Florida, but they also grow in containers and 5-gallon buckets. Might provide some helpful ideas to you. Oh, regarding plants in your landscape: if you decide something isn't right as planted, temporarily plant it somewhere else until you might need it again - no need to just throw the plant away, especially with the acreage you have. Can't wait to see more later!
What a watch such a use of language and vision, so relaxing to view. I’m just going to say this I feel you two need to accompany your channel with a book as I feel you could between you both writing segments fully achieve this.

Looks fantastic! What a year it’s been. @ Kelsie if you haven’t, next year you may want to bury some of the fence around the garden next year, so pests can’t tunnel under, as well as jump over. 2-3 ft below 5+ above.
People that think raspberries are only red, don't know what they're missing. Black raspberries are our favorite, by far. I'm jealous you have them on your property.
Great video. Loved it. I redid my street side grass last year and used your sissy rye grass. All the neighbors love it; dug out Bermuda all summer long to get it ready. Its the best City grass in the City. Wife thinks I am crazy, LOL. Redoing my front yard this year, about a 3rd is Bermuda also digging it out. Not going to get it all out but at least I will kill off everything else that is mixed in. I will plant the rya first week of September witch worked great last year and that will give me a chance to see were the remaining Bermuda is when it browns in the winter. Thanks
Progress sometimes feels slow but you guys have accomplished so much in the last year! It’s been fun to watch, I’m excited to see how things come along in year two!
Just an idea for you Kelsey, I double fence four foot apart and it can be four foot high! Why you ask? Well deer have no depth perception so they won’t even try to jump the double fence, as far as the other critters, an electric solar fence a few inches off the ground will deter them. All of this is if you can swing the cost of coarse.
Have you seen 'How to with Doc' videos? He gives the benefits of Dirt Booster w/ compost and clover and other vegetation instead of mulch in the walk ways of the garden. Clover helps add nitrogen without extra fertilizer. Dirt Booster fixes soil.
There's no need to fix our soil. It's growing crops (berries, flowers, natives, etc) across our land like wildfire. Products like dirt booster have a good marketing pitch.
