Intoxicated by your own melancholy do you limp hell-bent along, a little caught by the occasional beginnings of a delicious delirium, but it never quite takes hold does it! Then to find your true self again through innocence, the fall-away on piano at the end. It's parched, everything about it until you decide to let go as late might be your liberty in the coming until you accept the fate such an imagined Life as this has in store for you or for any of us for that matter. Indeed, that you have sustained this feeling as you do across the entire duration of the song is mesmerising enough. You are some magic, Gabriel. What an atmosphere you have created here. I hear Music in colours, mostly. Colours have their own sound. Taste and smell too. This to me sounds of tarnished yellow, burnt about the edges bordering on ochre. Or maybe liquid amber. Yes, that's it. As for the texture, it is like a drink that sits dry in the mouth but to leave a slight lump in your throat on the way down so that you don't forget it. And neither will you ever be forgotten. Your music will not allow for it. Blessings!
