Korean Corn dog with sweet Korean pancake mix kit, Cheese potato ramyun corn dog recipe.

Ingredients
8 mini frankfurt sausages
8 mozzarella cheese sticks
1 packet Korean Chapssal hotteok mix
180 ml Warm water
3 potato
1 instant noodles
Sugar
Cooking oil
1. Peel potatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes. Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes or until about half cooked.
2. Put sausages into a bowl and pour boiling water over them. Leave for 5 mins and drain.
3. Put instant noodle into a plastic bag and seal the opening. Using wooden roller, break the noodle into small pieces.
4. Cut sausages in half and put mozzarella cheese sticks in the middle. Put a bamboo stick halfway into the sausage to make a handle. Make 8 sticks.
5. Make hotteok dough according to the packet instruction and divide them into 8 potions.
6. Roll one dough into flat and round shape and wrap the sausage stick. Cover it completely including top and bottom so the cheese doesn’t come out while frying. Do same for all 8 sticks.
7. Heat generous amount of oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated, put hotdog sticks and fry. Turn them around until they are crunch and brown.
8. Sprinkle with sugar and put sauce of your choice.
