I hope that all the showings you have are with pre-qualified buyers. I was a Realtor for a while and the first thing I wanted to do for my sellers was to get the interested buyers pre-qualified before they looked. If they tried to get out of it, I wouldn't take them unless my seller gave me permission. Still no price on the car repair....still have my fingers crossed for you. As for Ian's exam....happy the outcome was good. A lot of us out there of a certain age and older have all had that fun. When I was 50, I had to have an insurance physical exam where one polyp was discovered and removed. The Dr. said "now THAT'S the polyp that saved your life. He was right.If that hadn't been discovered when I was 50, I'd have been in sorry shape by the time I was checked at age 65 or older.

Great update. Hope Ian is doing well. Nasty but necessary thing to go through. Bentley is as adorable as ever. Gosh he's so sweet! ... and the movie! Hubby and I just watched our copy last week too. Can't get enough of JK Rowling! I hope you guys have luck with your house selling soon. I must have missed an update. I thought you guys would have been in your new house by now. You scared me when I read that Ian was going to hospital; so glad it was a sort-of routine visit and he's ok. I'm going to say a Prayer for a clean polyp even though the Dr. thinks its ok - a lovely Prayer is always a good thing in my opinion. I have to laugh a little because I'm watching this video and y'all are wearing jackets - even the Mr. Bentley (who's beautiful, by the way) - and here in Austin, TX USA its a beautiful blue sky, sunny, 75-80 degree day. :). Love the Cherry Blossom Tree too - very very pretty!
Glad Ian got a clean of health. I turn my head away when I give a blood test, so I would definitely not be watching anything on a screen. Better to just my close eyes. (And hopefully not falling asleep). Nice to see your backyard. Sadly I'm not seeing much green around here right now.

In the US they put us to sleep for a colonoscopy. I thought it was interesting that Ian was awake.
