idk why people go for clubs version instead of waiting a few months for discount on the academy. Sometime they can be up to 30-40%, just got my Tiempo Academy for 45$ during the Xmas sale
@@theoph1932 i honestly don't understand why football boots have 4 tiers where basketball usually only have 2 per signature line and in other sports only 1 tier

@@gunnersphit’s because there is more of a market for boots and all kinds of people with different budgets for boots. I hoop so I get why you’re wondering about how Nike Basketball signature athletes only have a main line and sometimes a budget line. Also, most Nike football boots are designed by Nike and not a signature athlete, hence all the different versions whereas their basketball line has influence directly from the signature athlete and they get to choose wether they get a budget line. I swear by club versions. I got the nike tiempo 9 club rn and they are super comfortable and last just as long as the elite. Yeah, they have less marketing gimmicks but i couldn't care less about the megagripgx™ or whatever they have now

Academy is actually good value, especially if you go with the nike tiempos legend 10, pro is over 100 dollars so that's kinda expensive and elite too expensive.
Always had what are now the academy’s for the longest time. They use pretty much the same construction as the elites just slightly worse materials but it’s not a big difference
I would say for the most part if you just play pickup or Sunday league just buy the pros and save the extra money since they’re honestly the same you won’t tell the difference

Club versions for beginners
I wouldn’t recommend the club versions unless you want to get injured

You get the boot bag with the elite version tho for style points 😉
Real shame the elites no longer come with Carbon fiber

What about club versions
Club are slightly below Academy in quality, usually retailing for about $50-$60
I have elite tiempo’s I would consider getting them 😅
We can’t get the ones the top end pros wear.
I like my club they gave pro boots out for free every seosen
What about ones with and without socks built in
i much prefer with socks but some people prefer without
The GX?
Are leagues good
I have elite
Club versions are atrocious
❤😊🇳🇵
you forgot to mention that the academy is for Ag
nope
some academys have fg and sg plates
They suck anyway! They don't last long and over price
me at 13 who only has elite :)
On the tiempo 10, the elite has a Better quality of leather. You cannot see the difference of you haven't got both of the compared
The tiempo legend 10 does not contain any leather at all. It’s a synthetic upper called fly touch.

Nike really messed up the Tiempo Legend Elite 10 with that synthetic upper. It's nowhere near its predecessors
The elite versions have no protection and low durability

where do you even get 10-12 dollar soccer shoes

the academys are really good
Cheaper options= use mizuno
Mizuno is not cheap
I checked it, one shoe was 280-300
just bought phantom gt elite, but the knit was not so comfortable,
Are clubs okay for 10 year olds just playing for a local club???? Please respond
Definitely.
yes 100%, the cleat you wear doesn't matter, the player does. players like neymar grew up barefoot and with chunky oversized shoes
