Here's something that I wrote to this music if you're interested in reading it. There was a large figure standing on a hill, his dark silhouette barely visible against the night’s cloak of darkness. His red cape billowed slightly against a soft wind. He held a massive two handed sword, but wielded it as if it were nothing more than a butter knife. His dark clothing made him appear as nothing but a speck against a horizon, but he was anything but that. He surveyed the landscape with his hawk-like vision and spotted a singular soldier pacing throughout the camp down below. In one swift movement, a dagger went straight through the soldiers heart and he dropped dead instantly. The figure on the hill put a dagger in his boot and replaced the one he had just used. He stalked down towards the camp with the elegance of a gazelle, but with the speed of a cheetah. The large figure examined the camp, checking if anyone had stirred. Everyone in the camp was asleep, breathing deeply, unaware of what was about to happen. The large figure smiled cruelly, and looked upon all of the faces of the men, women, and children. He felt a twinge of regret and pity, but dismissed it instantly. He grabbed a dagger out of its sheath, its whisper of steel a warning of death, too silent to be heard. The figure walked over towards the tent where all of the soldiers were sleeping. He opened up the tent with his massive arms, and quickly silenced a stirring soldier with a cut to his throat. He looked down upon the sleeping soldiers and cut their throats, his blade tinted with crimson. The figure examined the ten tents encircling him and went to work with the other nine. He stalked silently over towards the other tent and looked down upon the sleeping children and their parents. He hesitated, thinking about the children, then remembered that he had a job to do. He left the tent and its four limp bodies behind. As the figure approached the 8th tent, a man walked out. He opened his mouth to scream, but never had the chance. The figure wrapped his massive arms around the man, sickening crunches following the sound of a body hitting the ground. The figure looked once more at the tents and then began muttering a few words. Black smoky tendrils materialized next to him, shooting towards each tent aside from two. The tendrils returned to the figure, their work finished. The figure dismissed them with a few words, and then went to the final tent, and was greeted by four men wielding swords and shields. “Why,” one of them asked, a certain aura of aura of authority in his voice “Did you have to do this? All we wanted was freedom.” The figure chuckled “Freedom doesn’t exist.” He swung his massive sword cutting down three men. “Deathstorm, why?” The leader said Deathstorm stared at him, nothing but a piercing coldness in his eyes. “You ask why Mr. Leviticus? Because why not.” There was a piercing scream, and then silence, followed by a soft wind, the only thing to remember that night. Or that was what Deathstorm had thought. The soft cries of a baby were heard from inside the last tent. The sole survivor of that horrendous night. Deathstorm’s inevitable downfall.
