The Dadeland JCP also had these as well, until 2019 when they got replaced by Schindler. I have a feeling theirs at Pompano Fashion Square/Citi Centre also had these as a 2 level store.
WOW!!! Those Haughtons look EXACTLY like the ones that were at the JCPenney’s at the West County Center in Des Peres,MO(just west of my hometown of St.Louis) from 1971(when the store first opened) until 2018 when they were replaced with new glass-sided escalators(I don’t know the brand offhand)!!! I could recognize that Haughton sound right away!!! PS-RUclipsr Diesel Ducy reviewed the West County Penney’s Haughton elevator(still in use)-he said it was only the SECOND elevator he had ridden as a kid growing up in St.Louis!!! Nice ride as well!!!
