- Hey guys,
as promised, I made an ASMR Minecraft tutorial. In this video, I show you the building of a Greek temple (including the interior). You will need 60 to 90 minutes to make it (and much less with WorldEdit). I have disabled clicking and keyboard sounds because I find them generally annoying, but if you disagree feel free to tell me in your comments. Hope you enjoy it!

Agreed to
I love this because it's just talking and no other distracting sounds :D I hate tapping in ASMR videos.
Srta.TacoMal glad you like it, thank you!
very late to reply 😂 but I totally agree with you
+CXNTRLLA Very late here either but I agree xD

Language Lover Wut c__c
As if regular soft speaking wasn't good enough here comes this guy and does it in a French accent; I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS!!
Konsuelo Ramírez why do people love french accents so much? i dont understand!
@@ytn675 tbh I don't get it either xd, I mean it's not bad, but why's everyone so obsessed..
I love all the accents 😂I think maybe hearing an accent evokes a sense of mystery and glamor, or familiarity for some. It’s very lyrical and soothing as well. I love the lilt of an Indian accent too.
two of my favourite things: asmr & minecraft! absolutely brilliant!
This is me:
Somebody did a asmr minecraft tutorial? Subscribed!
... Wait, I'm already subbed? Oh! This is the French whisperer!
Seriously, you rock man.
You have an amazing voice, it gave me extreme tingles
Naomi Bradley Glad you like it, thank you!
This was the 1st asmr video i ever watched 5yrs ago and i listen to asmr daily now because of this video. Thank you. 😀
I appreciate you editing out the clicking and tapping sounds. Thank you.
I find this one of the best, if not 'the best' video on greek temple ive found so far...
I actually have sort of the same buidling style as he has. And what i like about him, is that just like me he actually looks at the style of greek architecture and puts detail in it.
All of the other videos of greek temples have temples that are way too simplified, "childish" and inaccurate. And really, this has nothing to do with lack of knowledge of ancient greek architecture, but rather with studying, researching, applying something and adding detail to it.
Stunning temple, great tutorial and extremely relaxing. Fell asleep for the last half so very effective, thank you.
I would be fascinated to see how you approach irregularly shaped structures such as the incredible statues/domes, naval galleon and giraffe/mammoths/dinosaurs in the imperial city. I really hope you find time to do those in the future...
GrumpyOldMan Ok, suggestions taken for another tutorial, thanks
amazing building and you Sir have the perfect ASMR voice.
Awesome video! And great tutorial too! The only problem though is that now I have one nicely detailed building in my dull city haha
Flint Weststone Thank you, we will try to upgrade your city with other tutorials!
His voice calms me thanks you so much for your gift 😅
EDIT: I wasn't even building I was just listening
Hey FW. Just wanted to thank you so very much for the time you put in to simply walk us through every detail. It took me about 2 hours and I keep going back in the video due to my own errors, but was finally able to finish the outside. I change up the inside to my own preference but still took some of your designs. All in all it came out just perfect, and I can't thank you enough. Thank you Sir ;)
james jaikaran Glad you like it, thank you!
Your videos are lovely. I especially enjoyed your beautiful gardens and your dogs.. thanks so much for the peaceful moments.
Suzy Harthcock thank you very much, glad you like them!
Love this! I just built it and will be featuring it on my next video! (Crediting you of course!)
And now I have a Greek Temple. I'd like to think its a bit fancier than yours, but I couldn't have done it without you. Also, thanks for the sign arm chair thing!
You have an amazing voice, and an even MORE amazing talent with building!! Love your videos!
you did say comeing soon!:D great video man, you're not only awesome at ASMR, you're also awesome at building!:)
I think I died in tingles then I woke up in an AMSR paradise. Your accent just killed me! it's perfect, I was very relaxed with this video, plus watching the tutorial was very fun. Nice work!. I'll suscribe.
Walter Sullivan Welcome! I have a few other Minecraft videos and I hope you can find topics you are interested in on my channel!
This was super relaxing, you have an amazing voice and your build is great as well.
Chris Countchrisdo Thank you!
Like always, an amazing video and a beautiful temple. I tried building one when quartz blocks first came out.. let's just say it was not the greatest looking thing ever. Though I did have the pediments and it was on a pedestal. A couple helpful hints by the way, water can be placed by using a water bucket found in the tab with the bucket of lava,
I love the way Quartz is in a french accent. like kwadz
I love the asmr, history and minecraft. Your channel is just a miracle :D
I agree I dislike keyboard and clicking noises too. Great video once again!
This is great, I love minecraft and I love ASMR. Thank u!
I never subscribed to a channel so fast (completely regardless of the content).
lmao
Its beautiful! I don't like watching hour long videos so I will not be building this but I wish I could! It's so lovely.
You have quite a talent in building!! Also very relaxing, kudos!!
You're pretty damn awesome at this! Also, you can easily get water from the Creative menu by first clickin on that Lava-bucket tab, and well, there you can find the water bucket which can be used to place water (endlessly in creative ofcourse).
Metallipaska3333 thank you!
Im the 10,000th viewer , and you are 1 talented builder/asmrtists .. im never disappointed , you deserve evrey single like
Was this a no Worldedit project.
If it was , then im shocked that 2 people did this
GiaNTfiRe GamING the Imperial City was entirely made with worldedit (sorry to disappoint ;)). Otherwise it would have taken forever!

or learn history . amazing
I wish all Minecraft tutorials were like this! (: Very nice video!
***** Thank you very much!
You're very welcome! (:
Omg xD j'ai lu "geek" au lieu de "greek" je dois jouer un peu trop moi x)
Super vidéo :) comme d'habitude. Puis minecraft plz!
Makes a beautiful temple, doesn't know about water buckets XD good video man
Like always, an amazing video and a beautiful temple. I tried building one when quartz blocks first came out.. let's just say it was not the greatest looking thing ever. Though I did have the pediments and it was on a pedestal. A couple helpful hints by the way, water can be placed by using a water bucket found in the tab with the bucket of lava, also carpet is in the game. (I barely use carpet though because it does not really go under objects). Thanks for the tips and techniques! :D I was overly excited to see this video in my subscription box lol.
***** glad you liked it, thank you (and for the water too)
The French Whisperer you're welcome ^-^
great tutorial. i would love to see how you built the flemish/dutch gable style houses in the city you built. the ones model after the Brussels market square, I believe. cool work.
herodotus7 ok, suggestion noted for another tutorial
The only minecraft videos I watch
Bravo, Sir. Keep up the good work!
I instantly subscribed. What a great voice!
Jeez, your voice is a tingle machine.
It might be a bit late for this but what mods are you using here? I like the relative simplicity and faithfulness of the textures, with just the necessary amount of detail.
This was so relaxing...
YES! Thank you so much man! Minecraft is what you do very well! :D So Happy!
***** glad you like it, thank you!
The French Whisperer I've watched all your videos about Minecraft, and I play myself too.
Awesome video! Loved the structure of the building! By the way, could you tell me the name of the texture pack please? Thanks!
candy texture
On the computer, you can use the shift key to go down.

This was n 2014, now look at minecraft today😮
I wish you would make a newer one. I enjoyed it.
subscribing cause you have an amazing voice for this kind of asmr / w \
An artist
This was awesome
I really like the design, and it is great to add more of anything to the ASMR community, but for those of us that are looking for directions, could we please get a version of this not done as ASMR? I'm planning to build this on a survival server, so a list of materials and amounts would be super helpful too. If a version of this exists in a volume more suited to those with less than perfect hearing, I'd really love a link. I found this searching images.
😂
You sir just earned a subscriber. :D
Nicholas Sanders Welcome!
Wow nice building mate :p But it looks so much like the Maison Carrée in Nimes !
Très impressionnant ,quelle patience bravo! :)
Wow, cool!😁👍🏻
Not to get too nit picky but after studying historical architecture, it's closer to Roman temples than Greek temples. Although I'm not trying to be harsh because Rome did take a lot of it's architecture style from the Greek style. If anyone is curious about the differences between the two styles, Khan academy has many videos on Greek/Roman art/architecture.
Awesome video, and awesome voice! I Love the texture pack, what texture pack is it?
The candy texture pack.
+Greg Kontny I know I just thought it would be funny to say the candy texture pack because it obviously isn't.
+Greg Kontny I was tired when I replied to that. I didn't realize you said cartoon texture pack.
lol tf is this drama I started smh
+bryrmeg Shut up boy
You deserve 78767344 subs
Do you know that to go left or right is the A or D key?
waiting for more cool tutorials man
Long time follower , I wanted to see if you could redo kings landing from game of thrones in mine craft ?
+Brand Schaffer I stopped playing like 2 years ago, but I know for sure that Kings landing has been done - I remember an impressive video about it
Thanks for you vidéo !
And now I shall build one of these for my Thaumcraft devices, Greek Wizard Laboratory!
You're better at minecraft than I am :)
Tranquil JOEP
I love your accent, sir! :3
and awesome tingles
Get people to pay you for maps
Congratulations 👏🏻👏🏻
The French Whisperer dac, pareille pour moi
"lightning" *giggle* :P
What texture pack do you use?
Is it the one in your map ?
Amazing tutorial :) I do have 1 question though: isnt this temple more Roman style-ish because of the entrance? Greek temples more commonly had stairs running along them instead of at the front right? (Not completely sure!) Wonderful video as always though! :)
How do you have unlimited blocks?
jreynolds21 I play in creative, you have unlimited blocks by default
I just sat for five minutes constantly pressing 5. I have no regrets.
J'adore le vidéo monsieur
ajdude70 Merci monsieur!
Out of curiosity, are you on Playstation or Xbox?
Oliver Bensusan None, PC games only
:O that means I'll never be able to play with you!
This is great. But. It’s more of a Roman temple. But it’s perfect for my Minecraft map
god this souned soooooooooo good my god
Pls do the tutorials without texture packs, ty.
Nice voice
Can i know the texture pack pls? :)
DogTagIndustries It is a custom TP made by my brother but it is not available for download sorry ;)
The French Whisperer Oh ok :( well it's a nice TP so great job on that aswell as the builds :)
Sarebbe bello.
Grazie!
The greek temples dont have bunies in the front door
The temple that you made is more roman than greek, but ir is very good
Is this keralis
Don't take this the wrong way,but I imagine you as Hannibal Lector in real life, from the TV series :')
Thats actually a roman temple
But still a good video ahah
No it's not...and you don't know better
Ooooh what's your gamertag
He's on the PC version
