The wage gap has been debunked. It's not based on gender. It is performance based. Hours worked, level of experience, bonuses from amount of time invested personally at a particular company. Maybe a few decades ago things weren't "entirely fair", but as of now, if you can really prove it is solely based on your gender and nothing else, then yes that would be a discriminatory company. That rarely if ever happens. And for where it does happen, I agree, that women is entitled to financial compensation.
The "gap" primarily occurs simply because women, on average, work less. In order to "fix" this, companies promote women who on average are under-qualified in order to pump up statistics while conveniently screwing over everyone in order to promote an agenda and win woke points.
I love how she talks about people hearing something and just believing it and then she proceeds to say something completely false she heard from the mass media about Elon Musk.

Just Think about this, if a Company is out to make profits and can get away with paying women LESS money then why hire men? hire all women and maximize profits, I'm just saying THINK about it

Base pay is exactly the same , where men gain advantage is issues like overtime, performance of bonuses etc..
This usually occurs in field dominated by men..
You will not see , these type of women complaining about childcare, only fans etc markets women tend to dominate.
Under the equal pay act, it is illegal to pay someone different based of sex/gender when they performing the same work in same workplace.
It is not discrimination if you don’t want to take part in other peoples delusions. Real reason why trans people are allowed to act like this is because it causes division among the people, and that is what our leaders want/need to stay in power. Divide and conquer has worked for thousands of years on us.

Both google and the BBC in England did audits to ensure they were paying women as much as men, in both cases what the audits found was that it was men being underpaid, even for the same job, and they had to make payouts to some male employees. I am not sure what these studies are looking at but the actual real world audits do not support the conclusions of those studies.

If a woman is amazing and can pass MORE POWER to them. I agree they should be allowed in the same Military capacity. I have no problem allowing women on the front lines after passing the PT tests. I have no problem with women in the Military. I do have a problem with degrading our Militaries Physical Fitness to be inclusive. I doubt our enemies are worried about that. I do think that woman have talents men do not, and if given the chance they could be an effective combat unit, as well as provide tactical operations that men cannot. These forces I think can be just as effective in combat.

The whole marine thing... Women and men need to be able to do 3!!!!! pull ups. Do you understand how easy it is to do 3 pull ups?? Even untrained, out of shape, and not having done any sports for years you can do at least 1 pull up, if you train for a few weeks / month anyone, ANYONE, can do 3 pull ups. And if you cant, you just seriously have NO business joining the marines. This is a job that sometimes require physical strength, eg when you need to drag someone (a civilian) out of danger, how will you do that if you cant even train yourself to do 3!!! lousy pull ups. They already took in consideration that there is a biological difference in physical strength and endurance between men and women. For a perfect score men need to do 20 and women need to do 8 pulls ups. This is adequate consideration. But they both have a minimum of 3 pull ups to pass the test because 3 pull ups is EASY AS HELL!!!! And now? Now they've decided to let women pass if they can HANG on the bar for 15 seconds.... Imagine the enemy soldiers looking at this - such fear we will inspire. ffs

Every branch of the armed services has women who have completed the men's requirements. That said in a battle if you are injured who do you want to drag or carry you to the medics? A man/woman who has passed the same physical requirements or a man/woman who has FAILED to meet the basic standards? It's not about gender it's about ability.

I don’t agree at all with that. I know I’m a man and I don’t care what pronouns you use for me as long as it’s respectful. Getting put in jail for not saying what somebody wants you to say is ridiculous and an absurd standard to begin using. I prefer my ability to speak over somebody using correct pronouns. That kind of talk will lead to a rabbit hole of things that you will have to say even if you don’t agree with what you’re saying.
Going to extremes, police could make it illegal for you to not admit to a crime even if you didn’t do it. It could be made illegal for you to argue in your defense over anything the government decides. You could end up not being allowed to disagree with the government or be put in jail for however long they feel like it. I also don’t support it for the selective enforcement it has that makes it unequal.
Recent archeological investigations have shown the women are not the weaker sex. Evidence has been found, under certain circumstances, women have been hunters rather than the stereotypical gatherers situations portrayed. I a woman can do the exact same job, and under the same requirements; then they should be paid the same wage as men, and this works the same in reverse.

So you believe giving a female, who can not qualify for the job, equal pay is fair? If a man had the same scores that women do they get NO pay - they are booted. The pay is not fair or equal.

Regarding the Trump protest, although there have been no sexual assault lawsuits against Trump, there have been many accusations going back to the 80s right up to 2013. There was a lawsuit for sexual harassment but the case was settled. He was also supported by KKK members and he referred to Neo-Nazis that killed someone as "good people", aswell as having a white nationalist as his advisor. He also told American-born black congresswomen to go back to their own country. The girl might not have been able to properly put it into words but doesn't mean a guy screaming about lawsuits is right just because he's not hesitating.

There are 3 HUGE issues with the 'Wage Gap Studies' that these Women push. 1) They include wages from the 1960 up to Current, instead of just focusing on the Current Wages...in the 1960 Yes Women were paid less, but NOT today. 2) They ONLY used 'Annualized Salary' information, which means they ONLY included the Wages for a 40 Hour Work Week. MOST Women tend to put in the 40 hours, while Men put in anywhere from 50 hours to 80 hours a week and the 'Researchers did NOT include the extra hours men work each Week. 3) They are comparing 'Apples to Oranges' Jobs....I.E. more Men work in the STEM (Engineering, Medical R&D, Technology Fields) and Manual Labor Fields that make a lot more money while these Jobs are being compared to Women working mostly as 'Sales Employees' (Clothing Store Employees, Walmart Cashiers, etc...) and Secretarial/Office Jobs. The Wage Gap Studies didn't differentiate between the types of Jobs, only that Men made $$$$ on average while Women made $$$$ on average but NOT doing the same type of Work, meaning they didn't compare a Male Cahiers pay versus a Females Cashiers pay. The Washington Post did their own Study of 'News Rooms' and found that Women were actually making more than their Male Counterparts....Same Job, Same Hours = Women paid more.
