You can also add every once and awhile, a part of the Twist where you hold one arm up over your head, slightly bent, and make a fist and swing it around kind of like your twirling a lasso. Then you bring your arm back down and Twist regularly. While you're doing the lasso part, still keep the rest of your body Twisting! Enjoy! And great video ya Cool Cat!
