Eye of the beholder. There are plenty of older generation with money that would find this appealing. But an update is in order, especially the furniture. It's staged with antiques.
We already have an offer on it and three other sets of buyers that are interested. This property was originally $7million to construct and buy the land so its actually a really good purchase with lots of future equity. In our area this property is a very unusual find.
