Waking up GB and a surprise

- On weekends we start the day as a family. We like to let GB sleep in till around 10:00 then all wake her up together. Cleo is always so excited when it's time to wake up grandma. On this day we had our couches delivered early so there was a nice surprise when she walked into the living room. Our old couches were low to the ground and super soft with made it hard for her to get up and down. We're trying to make the house as comfortable as possible for her.

Just like my mother who is 93 GB has to live forever in good health. She is so very wonderful. We will always treasure these moments with her.

I recently found these videos. I watched them with tears in my eyes. How wonderful to see how you interacted with your grandmother and how sad to hear that she passed away a year and a half ago. This reminds me of my own grandmother, unfortunately she was not allowed to reach GB's age, but I was also the one who took care of her when she had to go to the hospital again or went to play cards somewhere. unfortunately my grandmother passed away 15 years ago and I still miss her. Unfortunately I can no longer send GB a card, but I still want to send you all the love. Enjoy all the videos you have of her and enjoy the memories you have stored in your hearts. ❤️🙏

Yes, Cleo is knows to be gentle around GB it's crazy how their instincts work! She accidentally scratched GB about a year ago and has been extra careful ever since.
On this morning we woke her up at 9:00. She said she likes to get up early on the weekends when we're all here together. Morgan lets her sleep in during the week till around 10-11. We went paddle boarding the other day and when we got home she was still asleep; IT WAS 3:00!!!

Oh my goodness. Great that you guy's wake her to hang out on weekends. It's also awesome to see more Morgan. It's important to get her up and in a routine and her to be as independent as possible which I see she is. I'm a retired caregiver and encouraging independence in all ways was always my main objective. Many times I didn't approve or like a decision they would make but it wasn't me to approve or disapprove. My motto to them was always. Your body. Your mind. Your choice. And I respected that always. I respect the grand love and care you so naturally give. I think they broke the mold after you and GB.
@@pg6033 Yes I couldn’t agree more! I like keeping her as independent as possible! That is until she sits around eating a ton of junk all day instead of real food, then I have to step in! 🤣 I’ve been trying to get Morgan more involved in our social media as I know a lot of people want to see/meet her! She’s nervous about how people will react... which is understandable but who cares at the same time. All of you true following family will love her and that’s all that matters! I think our RUclips will be a lot better and easier to share all of us and our true lives together. I’m honestly really excited to get started. Ha well I for one (probably one of a million others) already love Morgan so there...... sticking out my tongue 😜. LoL Good you don't allow her bad eating habits. Sometimes ya have to hide the goodies and pretend they don't exist then act surprised when ya break em' out "Oh my I didn't know we still had this". It's a double whammy that leads to digestive/potty problem's. Funny....not so funny.
