Karla! I know you left NY already but as a military girly 2 things! 1) if you ever go back to NY in the winter wait to put on your jacket, gloves and scarf when you step outside. Give your body a second to get cold then put your stuff on so you get warm, putting it on inside you’re already warm so it’ll be the warmest you’ll get. If that makes sense. 2) I went to the 9/11 memorial as well and it was such an amazing experience. Truly humbling. Watching your NYC blog reminds me of summer 2022 when my husband and I were stationed there for just the summer and we had an absolute blast!!!

Ok.. I just fixed myself an iced coffee and doing some little bit of minimalist cleaning and I couldn’t help but noticed you just uploaded. So, obviously I had to click on the video and stop cleaning then I’m gonna start cleaning some more and listen to a podcast and read a new Christmas book called The December Market by RaeAnne Thayne the cover screams read me and it’s a gorgeous Christmas book cover.. My cousin and her family lived in New York in buffalo and said their favorite place in New York was Rockefeller center and they stayed in the Trump Tower and they always enjoyed ice skating!!!! I’ve always wanted to learn how to ice skate, because it gives you the most Christmas vibes.. So Christmas is just in a couple to a few days and I want to wish you a very merry Christmas Karla!!! You are by far one of the sweetest vloggers I enjoy watching and I watch them every day.. Enjoy yourself and keep up the great work!!

Thats why NYC is a cheap vacation destination for me and my bf. All u gotta do is stay at a budget hotel and take the train everywhere! I use to live there and was taught by my family AVOID THE SUBWAY! Bad things happen underground it’s safer to take the trains. Also NYC has a big hustle culture, everyone’s rushing to get somewhere. It’s not laid back like California is. IM so glad you enjoyed NYC!! ❤
Los Tacos no 1 are the best in the city. Omg I love that place! Fun fact, NYers call Greenwich village “the village” lol and Manhattan “the city”. If you hear otherwise, they’re not New Yorkers. Glad you had fun in my hometown 😊hope you revisit in the summer! NYC is a whole different vibe in the summer 😎
