The way they managed to show so many nuanced emotions on Catras face in this show is overwhelming… almost broke in tears again seeing her face when Adora tells her she never hated her… so much weight in this moment for me… so much „omg what did I do with my life…with the horde… with the portal… why did I do all this to her when she actually never hated me“…
It's such a good video and such a good show catra as a character is so deep it shows how catra trauma effects her she takes it out on people because she feels like it protects her she isolates herself instead of staying with people because she feels if she stays with someone and opens up they will either leave or betray her so she pushes herself away from things and people to protect herself because that's the only way she feels it will help but I doesn't she isn't a villian she is just misunderstood and yes she did bad things many bad things but she also had a lot going on and with shadow weaver manipulating her as a child and abusing her. It also shows with Adora she doesn't like She-Ra because it's not her Adora it's the person she became that separated them She-Ra is a hatred because once Adora became She-Ra things changed and catra didn't like that because she left
This is so amazing! I finished the show yesterday and I started to cry when Catra did the one good thing in her life, I also cried when Shadow wever died, mostly because I love her character and she finally said she was proud of Catra, and she was willing to save Catea for the safety of the universe. I love Catra and Shadow Wever. And Catradora. 😊I also cried during this video, AMAZING JOB🥰
Shadow Weaver abused Adora and Catra psychologically, Catra was worse because it was physically and psychologically, because of that I hate Shadow Weaver
I felt no remorse for Shadow Weaver when she sacrificed herself, for the reasons Kahtlyn mentioned, but I DID feel remorse for Catra and Adora in that moment, because Shadow Weaver was the closest thing the two of them had to a Mother and losing her like that, with no chance to address the past was cruel in the extreme. Catra was a product of her environment and the way she was raised, this doesn’t excuse the things she did, but she does GENUINELY make an effort to change and fix those mistakes, if for no other reason, than it makes Adora happy, and she ends up at a place that genuinely makes herself happy in the end. So yes, ultimately, I forgave Catra, and it was heartbreaking having to see her lose the closest thing she had to a mother, which for me, was the main point of that scene.
I was literally watching She-Ra (for the third time) when the notification came for this video I was like YESSSS and I came to watch this immediately. Great job this was amazing!
I just finished Shera today its been a while since I last saw it and I only had 1 episode left so I watched the last 2 I forgot how much I liked It and how much I am gonna miss it but oh well Nothing lasts forever
It's too much for me😭😭😭
The moment when Scorpia says that Catra was just scared and then Catra screams at Glimmer hits hard...

Trading joy for her protection is Catra's character summed up perfectly 😭 that was so beautiful
How dare this masterpiece be so underrated!
