US artists have a lot of money behind them and the labels support them.OZ artists get ignored by their own people especially in this Genre of Music in Australia.Dami being Asian looking, a christian and also she does not get racy in her Music does not sell Music these days.Dami has a lot of fans world wide but unless she goes overseas she wont get known over there.She was due to travel O/S in 2020-2021 for concerts but that was all stifled because of the Corona virus.

Dami Im is Korean who moved in Australia with her family...also it's Filipino/s...but yeah she is really great...I love this song...I'm still bummed that this song did not win that year cause it was that good, the message, the delivery of the song by this talented woman, all you can do is sigh and stare at her in awe
Europeans could not allow Australia to win Eurovision. It’s becoming more a politically conditioned competition. Europe needed to show support for Ukraine in 2016. 2nd place meant actually the 1st. But Dami should go back to Eurovision again. She is getting better and better. Vocally there is no contestant this year even close to her. Love her.
i agree dami should of won, but the politics around Russia and Ukraine gave ammunition towards Ukraine, it was a sympathy vote. Everyone knows in OZ that Dami has an amazing voice, but Dami said recently she wont do it again. not soon anyway because of Australia having a public voting system now. Who knows she may get involved in Euro asia when it takes of, but not to compete i don't think.
