DB's never give a inside release to the WR's on the goal line.... I do not know why this is not common knowledge... I see it in college football to often and its hard to believe ...
I was inside shade buddy, you still gotta be able to position yourself for the back shoulder throw and fade ball. I dropped my hands instead of striking with a good jam; none-the-less I was still able to stay square mirror and make a play.
Ok my bad ... so how did he get you to allow him in between you and the QB for an easy pitch and catch...? I hope this is a joke (wait... back should throw you are in position by playing inside.... ) yes you have to give up something and the fade is the hardest to connect on ...make them go for the fade and be ready to rake the arms if they are able to get the ball in the WR's hands.... but I never played pro ball and I am an old man , you are a young man playing game, good luck and have fun... to bad that they didn't go for the fade you would have been ready... @@rodsylvestre
