Joe - Can you imagine if you would have had a go-pro when my dad and I were fishing with you when we ran up on that bait-jump the size of a football field!!!! That is still the single best day of fishing in my entire life. I've caught hundreds of stripers since but nothing beats that day. (Not sure if you remember us, but Jason Looney and my dad Jim. My dad was the guy who got that big striper strike creek chub treble in his hand we had to cut out and he said F-it and kept fishing with blood everywhere....)
I don't know what this guy's talking about the bite being tough when it's cold. The colder months are well known to be the best time of the year for the stripers.

I have fished with Joe for 4 years and each time it is a blast. Even when the fishing is tough he has always gotten us on fish.

Fall is one of the best times of the year for striper on beaver lake.
