This ASMR session includes one of my all-time favourite triggers: fluffy mic scratching! Whenever I hear this sound my eyes involuntarily droop, so I am hoping this trigger combined with subtle background music will have you well on your way to dreamland in no time.

Is no one else annoyed by this trend of handflapping at the camera constantly? I want to watch the videos as well as listen to them, but the "face touching" kinda pisses me off, I don't know why.
Not a personal attack, It's a general ASMR trend I personally strongly dislike. I'd much rather just see your face rather than "talk to the hand" and the rest of the image blurring out every 5 seconds.

I’m an insomniac which is made worse by medications. I’m currently awaiting a liver transplant. Been on transplant list for 3 and a half years now. It’s like being on a roller coaster all day long.
