Well. Having completed ultra deluxe overnight I’ll say one thing. This expansion is WAYYYY bigger than you’d think. All of the endings from the og Stanley parable have been updated with new content. One suggestion is trying to do the minecraft and portal ending where you’re taken to those video games, cuz now it’s a bit different. Also, every single ending from the original game and ultra deluxe will be different if you take the bucket with you, so try doing the endings from the original game again, but with the bucket, so you have double the endings. @YuB rlly happy to see you playing this again
When the narrator just gradually just disappeared during the skip button ending I wanted to cry. The nostalgia from the original game and the relationship between the player and narrator broke my heart.
This game is insane, although I wanted to see something with the skip room, I wonder what would happen if you didn't skip, would he get rid of the feature because of the fact that you proved it was a useless mechanic or would he pressure you to push it to add meaning to his life

im glad im not the only one who got hit hard from that ending you can't do anything except let the narrator delve further into insanity, over creating some awful button because of the feeling of inferiority because of some stupid review and then before he's completely gone for good, all he says beforehand is just crazily repeating "the end is never the end" forever meanwhile the room youre in just gets worse and worse in condition

As much as I like the trolly nature of this game, I feel it cuts you short sometimes by purposefully cutting away when stuff is just about starting to get real messed up. Like with the hole, or when it ends only a bit after letting you out into the desert wasteland.

When I first played TSPUD, the Skip Button honestly made me feel so bad. I actually listened to his full rambles and when it looped I just sighed and "oh well.. time to skip.". The part where he keeps saying "the end is never the end" over and over again made me die inside, poor Narrator :(
