I just made this for my teen daughter who loves these from Starbucks. She was not thrilled about it being made at home but gave me the "go ahead."
She loved it and her first comment was it taste like Starbucks. I didn't have the chips but will try to remember to grab some for next time.

This is so good! I didn't have any toffee chips so I used crushed nilla wafers! All in all tastes like a Carmel ribbon crunch!
