Here’s the distinction I make between Chivalry of a Failed Knight and Asterisk War: Asterisk War has more love interest characters but CFK has better action, plot, romance, characters, weapons, and abilities. Asterisk War has stronger abilities but the abilities in CFK have set strengths and weaknesses and how they’re used has to be strategic; otherwise an ability with pure strength can be easily overcome by an ability with little strength but high utility. Overall: CFK>Asterisk War.

For who ask about s2 of this anime.. I don't discourage to those hoping to get a 2nd season of it based on the sales it's too poor and they didn't get much profit on it but I do I love this anime too..
This and Asterisk came out at around the same time, have just about the same setup, and while Asterisk has gotten 2 or 3 seasons, we're still stuck with 1 season for this absolute masterpiece. That is just not fair.
Yeah but the studio for asterisk war is A-1 pictures which is a huge studio. However there was a rumor that the official website of silver link had an announcement that is related to this anime. Whether its an ova or a renewal is still unclear so uhmm lets be optimisitic about it
