I wanted the fire reds,but they were sold out, so I “settled” for these beauties which turned out to have so much meaning to me later in life. Here I am 30 yrs later waiting for release day with my 15 yr old son (he’s saving his BK checks to buy his).He has the win like 82’s, Concords, BC3’s, and Infrared 6’s (bought by me), so I think it’s cool that he’s buying these particular shoes himself. Anyway,that’s my lil story,and now I’m outta here.... to go finish waiting . Anybody got a time machine I can borrow?!!!

I think I was 9 at the time, and my classmate wore this at school and I looked at it every time he stepped and the air bubble would just compress, and I wondered how it felt. I was later disappointed that it didn't really feel like marshmallows lol, then I saw MJ play against the Magic in 95 live, and wore those 11s. And, at that time, it was love at first sight. The Jordan 11s are so beautiful and elegant, and truly represent Michael's graceful game.
Hands down my favorite of all time along with the white cement 4. Had both in 89 in grade school & anybody that did was the talk of the school back then. Shout out to my mom for copping them for me as a kid. 😆

I'm not a huge sneaker fan although I have a few pairs of jordans that I always wanted to have when I was a kid. I got a pair of ones, a pair of 3's OG, a pair of 11 concords. I will problably get a pair of those 4's because, as you say, I think they're worth it. They are iconic and have a special place in the jordan's sneakers. If I get one pair of those, I'll just need to get a pair of 2's and I'll be good.
