This is soooo true! You have to build REAL business. I run a food and catering delivery service in ATL, DAL, and CLT and YOY we are down over $100,000 top line rev. At first, I was like damn, this can’t be. But, after I got out of my feelings, I realized there is so many opportunities to work on the business and connect with my customers and restaurants partners to see where the holes are.
Best decision I made was to put myself on payroll when business was booming. I do also love that owner distribution option. When business goes above normal I can give myself a bonus. 🎉

All business owners need to watch this slow, get out your pens and paper and truly take notes. Donnie just went through a daily, weekly and monthly KPI(Key Performance Indicator) chart that any business can use!! David Just gave you the seasons break down and he went month for month for e-commerce!! This is just amazing!!❤❤❤❤❤

I have learned so much about sales from you that it helped me reshape some of my strategies. Your podcast has been one of my greatest finds to my purpose. Being consistent is a major part of sales. Doing something you aren't mastered in anyways, is a must to sale. Connecting and collaborating are keys to sales. You show us all these things! Sales has many pieces to it, and you slay in the" not so thought about" ways of sales!
