Loved seeing the apples. We were back at Sky Top this weekend getting some more apples. It was a beautiful day, a lot of people, and cold...but glorious. The leaves are really showing out for Fall.
Hi Amy. I am from Puerto Rico. My name is Elba. I liked your videos. I am subscribed. I don't understand the English much but follow enjoy your excellent videos!!! Success and Bless you!!!
So strange. I went over to the Cosori FB page to check out the giveaway, but didn't find anything on their page about it. Super excited for you that you were able to get a camera! Hooray!

That is so sweet! That is what I want for my kiddos to be..close always no matter what path life brings them..💜thank you for sharing your story. I am happy it reminds you of back then :). It is easy to forget because of how much chaos it can bring. Have a fantastic day! Smile for your relative and be a light for them today!!!
Luv your videos! I can't wait for you to upload everyday! I especially love the shopping haul/cooking videos! Thanks for sharing that awesome product. That would be a great gift for my mom who is always warming her cup of coffee in the micro. Congrats on the camera and God Bless!!!
Hi Amy, I just ran across your video and I was drawn right in. I am the youngest of 12 kids and your videos make me appreciate my momma even more lol keep making videos I'll keep watching
am happy you were able to purchase a new camera and the thought of maybe extra of your videos really appeals to me, lol, I love your videos, I learn something from every one. Thank you for taking us shopping with you.I can not imagine buying 3 boxes of eggs, my daughter always bought one 5 dozen, and she has 5 kids, so I guess that would be about what you would buy.Love your shirt dress.Congratulation on your new camera.
Did you know at Walmart every morning they cut up the small pieces of what's left on the slabs of deli meat and discount it. It's usually smaller slices of meat because it is the end of the roll but it is several dollars cheaper per lb. . Our is in the deli where the cold roasted chickens are.
So glad you got your camera. I made yogurt for the first time. Made it in a crockpot. My husband doesn't love yogurt like I do. He likes smoothies though and loves the ones I made with it. He doesn't know that it is in it. I made 3 quarts of smoothies and a little more than a quart of yogurt. I found it thinner than I thought it would be so took out some of the whey, it is awesome. What can you use the whey for? Also tried a couple of oatmeal cups which was a great hit too. Love your videos and what a deal on the apples. Take care.
I am glad you did enjoy making the yogurt. Hmmm I don't know what you could make with the whey..?!?! If you let it sit longer it should get thicker. I am glad you enjoy watching. Thanks for being here.
Great 2 week haul! Amy, have you tried the Walmart’s pre-order option they have. I saw a cart someone was pushing that said pick-up on it, so ya have that option at your store. A lot of larger family moms do this. So convenient!
I know. Sometimes I like to go and look for what I need. Usually there are extras I like to pick out like makeup and towels etc. Now if aldis had that option....id be on it :)
I love that shirt dress Amy its lovely. I wish we had a discount grocery up here in Maine. I must be doing something wrong because I keep spending at least $500 for 2 weeks on my family of 7 and my baby doesnt even eat yet so its only 6.
I love your shopping hauls. Do you ever coupon? Like the extreme couponing where you can get stuff for free or very little? Also I love the new dress and cute decor you picked up as well!!
Great videos . I never thought about freezing meals in advance meals . random question where did you get the roaster decor that's on the front of your dish washer ?

Cheddar sauce I've never seen that before. Is that like the cheese dip that Tostitos has? What do you use it for? Now I'm intrigued. Lots of love from Canada I just did my groceries yesterday the video for my last grocery haul should be up this week as I shop every two weeks or so for my family of four here in Canada.
Those large cans can be re-canned into smaller amounts in mason jars. This is rebel canning and not FDA approved but I haven't died yet. Do your own research!!!!!
Thank you so much for all you do to help families. God bless you, abundantly, even more! If you still have the Asian salad, you could add some lettuce and apples to stretch it. Then buy some Asian salad dressing. That would hold you for a couple more days if you store it in paper towel and not add the dressing until you're ready to eat some of it.
Hi Amy , injoy your videos very much . Your a hard working mom . You have a real nice family . I went to school with a family of 17 many years ago so I know what your going through . They where the nicest family around . And hard workers to . They had a huge family garden every year . I have just two grown up boys , but shopping for me can be very tireing and busy keeping every one happy and making sure I have my list just right for the boys needs . We share a home with my mom so that works out well for every one . I do all the cooking and love it 😊!!! . Moms 84yrs old bless her heart . But acts like she is 60 yrs old . God has been really good to my husband and our family . I look at you and think super mom Amy wow !!! . Love your shopping ideas and cooking ideas . You give me much inspiration Amy thank you . God bless to you and your family . The chew family Sharon , randy 😊👌👍✨
Hello Amy, Happy Monday!! That just crack an egg you will love it really tastey but make sure you cook it well cause I always have to cook it longer than it says. I got food poisoning off of it and was incredibly ill for two solid weeks and ended up in the er awhile back from it. The ketchup you got I got at our local kroger for 10/$10. Best deal ever for me. I do the box eggs which I just got me a box cause I hard boil alot to take my meds with in the middle of the night and some for omelet scrambled eggs im the only one that eats eggs in the house. Love the shirt dress you will look adorable in it. Im glad you was able to get yourself a new camera congrats you deserve that. Yesterday was our Anniversary hubby and I agreed it didnt seem the same as going out and celebrating because our kids kept coming in and because I had to cook the kids their food my daughter forgot to sit their hamburgers out for their halloween party. They always have their halloween party on our Anniversary. I think they had more fun than we did lol. But we both agreed we liked spending time with each other but when my car settlement comes back and I get my new car were going to go out and celebrate. Plus his birthday is on the 3rd of November. So a double celebration. Ill be going grocery shopping soon too. Probably around the 7 or 8 cause were still pretty full. Hope you have a good week.
Thanks so much!!! I will be cautious on egg cups. I was thinking of you this weekend and I am glad you are doing well. Good day! Sunshine and on to another week
Yes it would be. I need to. Sometimes I choose convenience over homemade. Thank you for the reminder. Hmm I am thinking I could do a homemade challenge ...every thing homemade or nearly... there is a thought :)
Hi Amy! Have you tried making chili beans from scratch??? I make them and i believe its good for freezing. Its my grandmother's recipe so I'm unsure about that but I can ask but they are amazing with cheese on top and cornbread on the side. 😊
Yes I have made them before. I need to do that again. I appreciate the reminder. I would love a good recipe, if you want to pass it along. Plainandnotsoplain@gmail.com
It's not sweet. But you can always add sugar if you like sweet cornbread. I make it the old fashion way. I just add oil and buttermilk. Bake in an oiled cast iron skillet. That's the way my Mother made it. She always called sweet cornbread "South Carolina Cornbread". I think that's the way her Aunt, who lived in SC, made it.
So cool. That's the Wal-Mart & CFA shopping center we shop at when camping. You'll have to text me the address of your discount store. Would LOVE to check it out :-) Excited that the Lord blessed you with a new camera :-) It also encouraged me to see your dancing kiddos in Aldi. I should be as patient as you with all the movement while shopping LOL
Hi 😀 I just want to tell you how inspired I am by your attitude and character. I have a 3 year old with sensory processing disorder which sometimes feels like having multiple children, and I am a stay at home mom. Watching your videos reminds me to be more patient and productive (and stop complaining as much in my head lol) ❤️❤️
I have a daughter with a sensory disorder as well. I put her in occupational therapy once a week and she sees a behavioralist every two weeks. I just enjoy watching not just Amy's videos but all the mom videos helps me to u wind after a long work day and mom day.
My daughter has seizures and a processing disorder and aspergers and her seizures caused regressive disorder so I understand, she is grown physically but not mentally, she and I share a trailer home, I tried apts in city to much stress and sounds and made it worse so we live in the middle of nowhere it has reduced her anxiety Somme and her seizures, god bless you and your child, take care
I do alot of made from scratch baking. My teens look in the pantry and see flour, baking powder, etc. then they close the door and tell me there's nothing to eat.😆 Then I think I will show them there's nothing to eat (sarcasm) and whip up pancakes, or cinnamon rolls lol. Funny kids! Mom wins every time👍😃.
I had remembered that you mentioned that a lot of the time you don't eat what everyone else does, for weight loss/management reasons. Would you mind sharing kinda what you eat for you and how you maintain yours?
It varies. I try and keep cabbage soup and or salad lunch or dinner..depends upon what we eat...I don't always sometimes I eat..this was a meal I ate and enjoyed :). Ill try and share what I eat with each video when we do dinners.
You just had more steps (and dishes). But I only have 1 child, so the quantity thing isn’t an issue here. 😁. Just ran across your channel today and have been enjoying your videos - especially the monthly cooking ones. I work full time and am dealing with a chronic injury. So I like cooking ahead on days I feel well. I’ve got to. Some good ideas! Thanks!
Hi new subscriber here. I’m loving your videos. I’m a mom of 8 and am always looking for meal/snack ideas for my crew. Can you share the name of your discount store? I’m wondering if we have one here in Ohio. Thank you and God Bless 😊
You really ought to try making yogurt in the cosori it is wicked awesome but you have to use an ultra pasteurized milk like Fairlife a good quality live Culture Yogurt a small amount and a bliss coffee creamer the nice thick quality not too sweet perfect yogurt
@@amymaryon here is the one I use I know it says instant pot but you can use it in the cosori 2 and I love the Blissful creamers that are flavored I hope you like the recipe I don't like using sweetened condensed milk in it it's too sweet for me and my crew... I'd rather use the creamers Blessed Be Amy to you and your family
I don't understand everything that you say because my english it isn't very good bud i love your voice ,your family and your way of live ( or life??) Sorry😓 kisses from italy
I just talked with them and the marketing person said the company did not send her a link but when she gets it I will add it. I apologize out of my hands. :(
Thank you for your awesome video! I have a Ranch dressing recipe to share with you. Mix one cup mayonaise, one cup sour cream, one envelop dry Ranch dressing mix and 1/4 cup milk. EZPZ and delicious!
Lively Orchards. Just past our church on Upward road....$15 for many kinds. Open until December they told me :). Just pull up and you have to buy at least a bushel size...it isn't a road side stand:).
@@amymaryon oh thank you!! my girlfriends and I are planning on going on Thursday. The prices on the apples around here have been so high this year. I got a few put up but this will do the trick.
I didn't know you had Aldi over there, so this was extra interesting. Well done getting that huge carton of Tropicana. I'd be lucky if I saw a litre bottle in Asda (Walmart). Also, a question; why do you only teach your daughters about home economics and cooking? Boys should also know these skills because they could find themselves in a position where they are caring for a spouse or their spouse is in hospital, or they are living alone, and they need to do those tasks on their own.
Hi Amy, I was waiting for the grocery shopping video upload, thank you for that! Can I ask you why you make homemade yoghurt? Is it expensive in the USA or is the quality not good. I'm buying the milk fresh from the farmer and I never thought of making my own yoghurt. Here it's 0.50 euro for 1 liter. I will certainly try to make it myself and taste the difference. Sorry for my bad grammar. Greetings from Holland :-)
Sometimes people make their own because store bought has a lot of sugar in it here in the US. If you make your own yogurt you can control what is put into it.
Eline Bouwman I like to for less sugar. But yes it is significantly cheaper. Milk is about $2 a gallon where I live. The same amount of plain non branded yogurt would cost about $10 at the very least.
Hi Amy, do you or have you ever used coupons? I have seen women on you tube selecting vast amounts of grocery for nothing. Would this work for your lovely family or is it a gaff? Juli
Hi I just wanted to ask you why you don’t cut coupons , to help you with the cost of your food . We don’t have coupons here in Australia but I enjoy watching extreme couponing shows.
Shopping/grocery hauls are my favorite. Plus your cooking videos.
Thank u
I love your videos, there’s only my girls and me but you give me a bunch of ideas. Plus I love your voice it’s soo soothing

You did buy seven gallons of milk. I counted them in the cart and on the belt. (teachers automatically do these things.)

We get spiders too. If you see a big round brown one don't squish it might be full of babies. They will come out and go everywhere.
Yikes! We have recluse ones and black widows so I like to just keep it sprayed :).
Amy maryon, Has any of the family been bitten by one?
Yes my husband got bitten by a recluse... had to do antibiotics and he was in bed for a few days:(

She also has diabetes fybro juivinille onset arthritis and other illnesses so I know first hand it can be a challenge but also a blessing take care
Yes she does!!!!!
You should go shopping at WinCo
Hi Amy! How would I find a discount store in my area?
I don't know. I asked around and found ours. Search bent and dent online
How do you manage clothing for children. New, secondhand?
Mostly second hand but sometimes we shop new:)
I’ve seen you use your pressure cookers in videos. Do you ever use them for your yogurt? Or just prefer the boil method? Just curious.
Never used for yogurt seems like such a smaller amount but now I have two so I might just try it this month
Thanks!
I appreciate that. Very nice to meet you! I am going to definitely look up the yogurt recipe. Thanks again for the idea!
Hi new subscriber here. I’m loving your videos. I’m a mom of 8 and am always looking for meal/snack ideas for my crew. Can you share the name of your discount store? I’m wondering if we have one here in Ohio. Thank you and God Bless 😊
Go grocery or grocery outlet look for an Amish or Mennonite bulk food store
Going to try aldi

You really ought to try making yogurt in the cosori it is wicked awesome but you have to use an ultra pasteurized milk like Fairlife a good quality live Culture Yogurt a small amount and a bliss coffee creamer the nice thick quality not too sweet perfect yogurt
Oh I will look that up thank u
@@amymaryon here is the one I use I know it says instant pot but you can use it in the cosori 2 and I love the Blissful creamers that are flavored I hope you like the recipe I don't like using sweetened condensed milk in it it's too sweet for me and my crew... I'd rather use the creamers Blessed Be Amy to you and your family

EZPZ and delicious!
Oh yummy!!! Thank u
Did you pick up your apples at sky top orchard?
No we went to another one by our church :). Cheaper
@@amymaryon oh ok I need to pick up somemore to put up. I think you got a good deal
I agree. Cheap is better :). I got them last year from there as well. :)
My boys have learned! My older boys are pretty much adults and younger ones are too little. They will :)
Yes agreed
Thanks for the reaction. This explains a lot ;-)
:)
What’s the name of your discount store that you go to?
Grocery outlet or go grocery
What made you guys move to north Carolina?
I have a whole video...Why I moved our family 700 miles..... Good story:)
Ooooo fun I'll check it out
Hi Amy, do you or have you ever used coupons? I have seen women on you tube selecting vast amounts of grocery for nothing. Would this work for your lovely family or is it a gaff? Juli
It would not. We do mostly stores brand items. :)
