    Why did it take so long to finish the project

      It toke approximately 12 months longer than planned due to delayed caused by covid 19

    Any particular reason you didn’t go bigger like 16 or 20pt? We have a doubled up 12pt milking 180/200 all year round and GEA & Dairymaster two weeks ago advised us to upgrade to a minimum 20pt but preferably a 24pt. You need to be milking 200 cows in under 1:30hr max

      The main reason for going for a 12/24 swingover was the fact that any bigger and it’s too much for 1 person to keep up with as most other parlours I’ve seen bigger than a 12 point had 2 people milking in them full time, our parlour was designed for 1 person to be able to milk
