Kiev 是俄國拼法
烏克蘭文是用 Kyiv, 他們現在非常排斥俄國人的用字
烏克蘭對俄文反感可理解，但英文的基輔拼字也是Kiev且存在已久。
請問有哪個英語系國家在推動烏克蘭首都的拼字改用Kyiv？
