Breath taking and inspiring. I've already included this into this week's lesson plan on weather, for my 5th graders in the school where I teach, in faraway Brazil. Thank you!
AS Soon as I saw your video I recognised the junction, which is odd because I last visited a friend in that block of flats back in 1987 and have lived away from Southampton since then. I couldn't remember the street names and so I did a satellite tour of the area and came across Wellbeck Avenue and my friend lived in flat 11 I think! Anyway, it's a really nice vid with great musical accompaniment. Thanks for showing and jogging the memory of an awesome and difficult time of change and growth in my life!
You are very talented Sir, beautiful music great photography. Church lane Southampton I know this place very well thankyou for doing this and sharing it.
That's not a true 4 season timelapse. Don't get me wrong, I do like the video, but it is several timelapses throughout the year put into one. A true 4 season timelapse is for example a picture taken everyday at noon and then all those pics turned into video frames.
This is more artistic than scientific, which is disappointing as I really wanted to see all four seasons covered in a single time lapse. This time lapse covers a day or so from each season of typical seasonal weather.
A Camera Needs Energy . Camera = Energy , Energy = Battery , Battery = Money , Money = Work , Work = School , School = Kindergarten , Kindergarten = Kid , Kid = Baby , Baby = Mom , ...................... Science !!!!
Ignore the anal retentive comments. People start to act like RUclips videos must to cater to them and them only. Beautiful video. I did notice that the guy across the street absolutely refused to drive his BMW in the winter lol.
Hi Marios, I am currently an Art Student in Sligo in the west of Ireland and am doing a project on my Grandparents surviving the second world war in the U.K, I am making miniature houses, using old war documents and would like to place moving images(via a small screen) in the windows but because I don't have access to 'English style' homes I was wondering if I could use parts of this footage in my art work?? Please let me know...Thanks Fiona :)
E Mack this is definitely not a true representation of our weather...if it was, that snow would have been a millisecond shot and back to normal! He must have slowed the camera down or something when he knew it had snowed! I'm from uk and if that video was a whole year, the part where the ground is white is edited to look more interesting...we get probably 3-4 days of snow a year, mostly melts by the afternoon and quite often it doesn't snow for a good few years straight
Snows every year in England, you get weeks of it in the North and at least a week in the South, or more. There will always be a part of England in winter snowing.
Sorry, I meant more likely in South East due to being closer to continental Europe than South west, maybe I meant at least a few days of snow down in South, but we did have in Kent South east england a week of snow at the end of February this year and before random odd snowfalls with December 10th being heavy and odd light snowfalls during january. Maybe snow is coming back?
What a beautiful place this living planet is
looks amazing, haven't seen snow like that for years.
Breath taking and inspiring. I've already included this into this week's lesson plan on weather, for my 5th graders in the school where I teach, in faraway Brazil.
Thank you!
I'm Brazilian, I do love the 4 season they have in Europe.

Good work buddy!
You should show that to the Landscaping. Pretty cool
Ohh..so no direct sunlight in winter season, not even for few hours? Is it true for all over United Kingdom?

Marios Theodosiou That's fantastic!! Thanks so much :)
"Four time lapses taken during different seasons of the year" just doesn't have the same ring to it, eh?
εξαιρετικό!!!!!!!!
This is fantastic! What street is this in Southampton?
Its a view from the top of Church Lane, in Highfield, just near the university.
Nice job! I've featured your video on the artsouthampton mirocommunity org site.
Where is rain....
ευχαριστώ λεβέντη μου, θα το παλέψω :)
I hate to sound like rube, but I didn't know it snowed in England. I thought it only rained there. Guess I was wrong.

@@pinkmanlyrubberduck6164 Neat trick, in the south we've only had 3 full days of snow as far back as I can remember.
