Anterior diastema may compromise the harmony of a patient’s smile. in this video I will describe how to close the median diastema with direct composite
I have always admired your beautiful work on instagram. It is just unbelievable & amazing at the same time that you are giving us these great clinical tips which you have acquired over long years of clinical practice for free ! Thank you so much, and I hope people really appreciate this. ❤️
That was really gorgeous.. and of course i vote to explain the guided technique. But i surprised that you used the primer for adaptation not the wetting agent! Because the primer have an MDP which is an alfaphilic molecules and it need to join a hydrophilic surface (which we don't have) as well as a hydrophobic surface (which is the composite here), other wise and without the hydrophilic part it will remain unstable, therefor they get out with the wetting agents... please correct for me or explain the ability to use the primer just for the outer surfaces adaptation not inbetween the composite layers if that is really forbidden! Sorry for the elongation... and thanks for your efforts
