Ideally you wanna get a truck that will last you 3-5 years definitely. Also, make sure it has an 8ft. bed. Most of mine are F150...the oldest is a 2014!

Drill sounds like its torqueing out. Put it on drill setting so it doesn't stop after a certain about of ft. lb. of torque.
