You need to use the yellow glue. It comes in a blue and white container. It is the only thing that will keep the headliner up and not falling. Make sure you use a lot of it and let both sides get almost dry before you stick it and rub it out.
@@DIAVLO666 it is called Weldwood Contact Adhesive Landau Top & Trim HHR Solvent Type Spray Grade. You should be able to order it online if you can't find somewhere around you that carries it. Don't get the spray can of it. Make sure you get one that comes in a can like paint would. If I remember correctly it comes in either a half gallon or a gallon. I always buy the gallon myself. It is not cheap, but it is what all of us use in Auto Upholstery. You can use a spray gun or use a paint brush to put it on the headliner board and the material nice and thick and let it almost dry to the touch then lay it on and rub it out. Once you rub it out you will not be able to pull it back up. So make sure you have it set right the first time.
Ok thank you for the advice and I'm not sure if I got that one from Home depot because I remember buy a small can thats like in a paint can but not to sure I'll have to look for it.
