On Ebay or with a PS1 emulator. But honestly... This game isn't so good. Try Speed Racer in the Challenge of Racer X. It's a very similar game, with less-generic opponents, a shop for gadgets and more tracks.

Even Forza didn’t have night time racing till recently. Replay also has one of the best remixes that never gets repetitive.

the arcade game is so much better than this. But so far for 3d speed racer game, The great plan is the best imo, sadly that's only a browser game.
There is the 2008 game, but that don’t have the Mach 5. It’s just based on the movie (but still a great game though)
