- RMS Lusitania was a British ocean liner and briefly the world's largest passenger ship. The ship was sunk on 7 May 1915 by a German U-boat 11 mi off the southern coast of Ireland. The sinking presaged the United States declaration of war on Germany.

This is a nice tribute to the Lusitania. It was horrible what happened to all of those people. I don't know what terrifies me more, dying in a plane crash or drowning aboard a sinking ship. I can't begin to know the terror these people went through. Rest in Peace.
