Brother, Allah doesn't have a main specific language. Allah knows every single language in existence. Indeed, He is the All-Knowing, All-Seeing. There is no proof that Allah spoke with the angels in arabic. It could've been any language. Even the language that doesn't exist on Earth. It was only REVEALED in arabic to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) because his language was arabic.

Some books sent by messengers have been partially changed whole others have been completely changed. There is a possibility that Sanatan was monotheistic until people of India changed that religion and started making idols while completely tarnishing the orignal message. The only ones managed to survive are Judaism and Christianity. But they are also polluted. Prophet Noah A.S people were called "Ashab e Rass" a.k.a People of Wells. There is only one civilization that had tons of wells that is Indus Valley Civilization. This Civilization suddenly ended due to flooding as per historians because there is no sign of war. Hindusim belief is that everything is God. Monotheistic religions especially Islam has only one God that is the most power and rules over everything. If you have so many Gods, that means your Gods are flawed as theybare not capable of doing all the tasks like monotheistic God is. We accept that different relegions exist but we also believe that a lot of them were the descendants of monotheistic religion brought by Adam A.S while some were created by humans. The relgion of Islam has always existed not by name but as a monotheistic belief since the dawn of mankind.

It means we need to reform ourselves by working on our actions and following the messengers. Now, who were Ram, Sita, Krishna, Arjun, Jesus, Mohammad (peace be upon them all) then? They were humans like us, but some of them were Messengers of God, while others were great saints, who followed the messengers of their time and worshipped ONE God. They lived on earth, ate food, slept, and ultimately died/passed away. Never did they say, Worship me! BUT they said Worship One God who created us All. Be practical. Because nobody will save us after our death, except our faith in One God. Neither will any leader save us nor will any guru...

Prophets are mere humans and are susceptible to manipulation and can be easily swayed towards corruption and power thereby heavily distorting Gods message. Some books sent by messengers have been partially changed whole others have been completely changed.
